Griffin is the co-owner of Baetis Restoration Partners. Baetis Restoration Partners has been a part of sponsoring three large mitigation projects in Middle Tennessee that total over 13 miles of restored and preserved streams and their adjacent wetlands. Griffin’s career has primarily been in the field of real estate investment. He has been involved in the environmental mitigation industry for 6 years while also continuing to work in the field of real estate investment and development. As an investor and developer of real estate, Griffin understands the delicate balance between facilitating needed growth and restoring and protecting the natural world and all its benefits. Outside of work, Griffin is most likely spending time with friends and family, listening to a good podcast, or knee deep in a body of water trying to get a fish to eat a fly.
